- 400 g cod fillet (4 x 4 cm pieces)
- 1 small onion
- 150 g courgette
- 150 g cucumber
- 200 g cream
- 200 ml water
- 90 g Würz Wunder Kräuter
- 2 tsp. coarse mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes and sauté in a pan.
- Add the water, cream and wonder herbs and bring to the boil.
- Taste with mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the washed cod in the sauce and allow to cook in the sauce over a low heat.
