- 175 g vegetables each: Peppers red, yellow and orange
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g fresh tomatoes
- 100 g cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 200 g cream
- 100 g water
- 125 g processed cheese
- 60 g Würz Wunder herbs or tomato
- Salt & Pepper
For topping parmesan & basil leaves
- Cut vegetables into small cubes and sauté in a pan.
- Add water, cream, processed cheese and seasoning miracle and slowly bring to the boil.
- Add diced tomatoes, some Parmesan & basil.
- Season with salt & pepper and serve with gnocchi.
