12 Eggs
400 g Sliced Vegetables (onions, peppers, leek, bean sprouts etc.)
200 g Hela Curry Spice Ketchup Delicate
2 tbsp. Oil
1. Beat eggs and put them into a bowl, mix together with 100 g Hela Curry Spice Ketchup.
2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and add 1/4 of the chopped vegetables. Heat while stirring until cooked.
3. Add the egg and Hela Ketchup mixture over the vegetables and let it flock to an omelet.
4. Repeat this procedure four times.
5. Arrange the omelets on plates and enjoy.
