Preparation Time: 150 Minutes
4 Large Pork Chops
50 ml Sweet Cider
4 tsp Olive Oil
4 tsp Grainy Mustard
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tsp Hela Delikatess Mustard
2 tbsp Thyme Leaves
1 tbsp Chopped Sage
2 tbsp Chopped Mint
1 tbsp Hela Oregano Rubbed
½ TL Salt
1 tsp Hela Pepper Black Ground
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl.
- Cut the chops several times and place in a freezer bag. Pour the marinade with it. Mix everything well. Close the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat up the grill. Grill the chops on high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, brushing occasionally with marinade. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in a warm place and then serve.
Potato salad goes well with it.
