Preparation time: 20 minutes
- 320 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 240 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon (abrasion)
- Hela Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- First whip the butter with 180g sugar and the egg until creamy.
- Add the flour, the salt and the rosemary.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Next form the dough into rolls.
- Mix the remaining sugar with the lemon peel and roll the dough rolls in it.
- During this time the oven can be preheated to 180 degrees.
- Finally, cut the dough rolls into slices about 1 cm thick and spread them on the baking tray.
- Bake the rosemary cookies for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
