- 300 g salmon fillet
- 250 g sweet pepper
- 200 g cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 small onion
- 60 g Spice Wonder Tomato
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces and fry them together with the butter in a hot pan.
- Add the cream, milk and wonder tomato and heat.
- Season with salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice.
- Cut the salmon fillet into thick slices and fry in an extra pan until golden brown.
